Computer Culture started because two people were fed up with how IT was being done in Canterbury. Nearly twenty years on, that’s still the whole point. Back in 2007, Kevin and Craig saw the same gap everywhere they looked in the local IT market: too much jargon, not enough people-focus. Clients were being sold technology they didn’t understand by people who never asked how their business actually worked. With backgrounds spanning both IT and hospitality — an unusual mix that turned out to matter — they built Computer Culture to be the opposite: approachable, transparent, and relentlessly customer-first. That’s not a tagline we retrofitted. It’s the reason the company exists.
01 People first. Always
We act like your business depends on us, because it does. Many of our clients have been with us since day one.
02 Your business goals come first
We start by understanding where you’re heading, then align your IT to support it — rather than selling you what’s easy to package up.
03 Proactive, not reactive
We find and fix issues before you’ve noticed them. The best IT support is the kind you rarely need to call.
04 No jargon. Ever
Every person in your team gets a seamless IT experience, however techie or non-techie they are.
